Christmas Gathering and Extraordinary General Assembly.

The extraordinary general assembly will take place from 3.30 pm to 4 pm. Two members have resigned from the board why we have to elect two new ones and we bid them very welcome. If you would like to stand for election you are most welcome to inform Jacob in advance. You can also stand for election at the assembly. See agenda below.

Again, it has been an eventful year in The Magic Garden.The Roundhall was optimized in the spring with an altar that symbolizes the centre of the Universe. In September we held a Magic Festival, which featured concerts on the butterfly stage, lectures, joint dining etc. On this occasion all participants painted on the garden's new butterfly carved in wood, and this symbolic act marked the birth of The Magic Garden Tribe. In the autumn, the spacecraft was so operational that it is now possible to live stream from concerts and ceremonies directly from the Magic Garden and the Roundhall.

 After a systematic and targeted creation period from 1995 (!) until now the last pieces have fallen into place so that the Roundhall and Axis Mundi Spacecraft are now fully operational to execute and enforce its dharma. This feels deeply meaningful and satisfactoryto us!

We are also pleased to find that the community surrounding TMG is still growing, and we want to assemble you all again this year to a cheerful and pleasant gathering to end the year.

Potluck dinner The event is a potluck dinner where everyone brings food or drinks to a common table. It can e.g. be mulled wine, a salad or anything else that you would like to contribute with. Write in the comments what you will bring, so that our joint table will offer different kinds of food and drinks.

Present game We will also enjoy a Christmas present game, so bring a present at about kr. 20,-.

Membership At the extraordinary general assembly last year it was agreed that a membership of the Magic Garden now costs kr. 111,- and is a lump sum which gives a permanent membership. The board of directors decided that the membership work retroactively, so that all current members are included unless a member actively terminates the membership. The board of directors decided at the same time, that members who are in arrears get this cancelled, and that they thereby become exempt from financial contributions, but shall be considered as full members. If you have participated in events in TMG in the course of 2019 and is not a member of the association, the board offers you the Christmas present to become a member at the Christmas gathering without any further payment. Hereby the Christmas gathering will be for members of the the Magic Garden.
